I have a need to be able to characterize inclusions in glass in the 1um-30um range. These are not usually spherical in nature. The inclusions may rest right below the glass surface or may be as far as 2" inside the glass. Can you do such analysis?

The first thing required here is to bring those inclusions into the field of view. This is done via the Clemex Automatic or Manual Multi Layer Grab. A series of slices can be taken in order to rebuild the image in one focal plane. Then the inclusions can be characterized with our system.
