Can Vision PE handle more than one microscope with automated stage control? Also if I already have a stage on my microscope, could it be integrated with Vision PE?

Vision PE or Lite is capable of handling at least four motorized stages. In the setup, you can associate each individual camera to a motorized stage and switch seamlessly between them.

Various different stages can be integrated with the Clemex system namely Prior, Ludl, and Marzhauzer. Contact your representative to find out more.

Yes Vision can handle up to 4 stages. Stages are associated to a video input so switching video input in the software (changing to another camera, microscope, etc) automatically switches to the correct stage as well.

It is also possible to use less joystick units than stage controllers. For example, if two microscopes are side by side, one joystick can be used for both, saving counter space. Again the joystick control of the stage is automatically switched to the appropriate microscope when a different video input is selected in the software.

For Clemex Vision to drive any stage, it is mandatory to use a Clemex stage controller. Stages themselves can be of various brands as long as they use 1 amp/phase stepper motors, 4 6 or 8 leads wiring.

our controller support Maerzhauser stages directly and also support Prior and Ludl stages with the aid of an inexpensive junction box that mates Clemex cables and these stages.

Other stages could be supported on request. Contact Clemex sales for more info.
