There are possibilities to calibrate each magnification, set shading correction and have calibrated markers on each image if desired. <br><br>Captiva can make mosaics (image stitching) and multi-layer acquisition (multiple focal planes) <br><br>The software also prints directly without copy and paste to another software.</div><br><br>
