In order to get a better quality of our castings, we are asked to put in place a control, through image analysis, of the graphite nodulization (count, shape and distribution). What solution do you recommend?

We recommend Vision Lite software with the Cast Iron macro module.

If you do not have a microscope, a good choice is the inexpensive Leica DM ILM that Clemex can supply as well.
