Is there a way to limit the size of an area to be filled by the fill feature in the Clemex software? i.e. I want to fill small holes in my selection but not bodies surrounded by my selection. Thanks for any ideas.

To control the maximum size of holes to be filled, you must use the invert-trap-invert sequence of instructions. First, invert the bitplane of interest; the holes will become small particles. Follow up with a trap to remove the size wanted, the smallest “particles” will disappear, leaving voids in their place. When you invert once again, the voids will once again become solid. The small holes will be filled and the large holes will not.
